Converting Graphs from 2003 to 2007

I update data on a weekly basis that then pulls to separate tabs in my excel
workbook & simultaneously updates a dozen or so graphs. With the conversion
from 2003 to 2007, my graphs are no longer working correctly. The x-axis is
now at the top of my graphs instead of at the bottom. Is there a way to
easily fix this or is there a way to keep it in the 2003 version? When i
update my pre-conversion graph package, it looks correct until i close the
file & reopen it. I can't figure this out - please help!

You can readily change the position of the X axis by clicking on the Y axis,
and pressing Ctrl+1 (numeral one) to format the axis. Change the value at
which the other axis crosses.

Simple charts should not have this kind of problem, but I've noticed it in
some combo charts and charts with secondary axes. I don't really know what
causes it, other than perhaps different default behavior if certain
parameters are not explicitly defined.

The CTL 1 trick is helpful. However, after i reset the position of the X
axis, click save & close the spreadsheet, when I reopen the spreadsheet the X
axes have all reset to the top of the graphs. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help!

Is this a file which was born in Excel 2003 and converted to 2007? If so, it
may be helpful to rebuild the file completely in 2007.
