converting html text to word equivalent

Hello,
I'm trying to use vba to populate bookmarks where partial bookmark may be
enahnced e.g. bold, underline etc. Currently I have to divide the bookmark
into its enhanced and normal parts and then populate those bookmarks
individually.

Is there a way that MS Word is given a text snippet and told that it has
html tags and Word would convert that text into proper word text. For
example, if I give Word "This is <b>bold</b>", can it, somehow, convert it
into relative word formatted sentence.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks
Junaid

G'day "Junaid Siddiqui" <[email protected]>,

write the HTML to a text file and open it as a document in word. You
can then cut and paste the marked up content as required.
