Converting Japanese to English in Visio?

I have been using Visio for a while and everything seemed to be going well.
Then one day we opened it up and it was in , looks like japanese. Is there a
converter in Visio? I can not locate it? Let me knopw please if you could.
All spyware checks and virus checks have been done.
