Converting Journal .pdf file to Outlook 2003

Greg

Our company recently converted all of us to Outlook 2003. Since the
conversion I have not been able to access any of my journal entries that I
had created in Outlook 2000. When I try to open the .pdf file in Outlook
2003, the journal folder appears but I can not see any of my old entries. I
know that the file is not corrupt becuase I can open it on my home computer
which is still using 2000. I have been told by our helpdesk that the journal
w/ Outlook 2000 is not compatible w/ the journal in Outlook 2003 but I find
this hard to believe. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

What connection does a .pdf file have with this? Outlook stores its data in .pst files.

Your help desk is wrong. A .pst file that works with Outlook 2000 would work fine with Outlook 2003. So, who did what with your data? That's the question to ask.
