Converting Mac presentation to Windows presentation

I've made a beautiful presentation using an Apple Mac, then made it
into a movie, adding a backing soundtrack (the soundtrack doesn't
involve copyright). When opening to view, it opens as a QuickTime
application. Then I saved it onto a disc and tried to open it on a
Windows XP machine, but it wouldn't/couldn't open.

When I tried to recreate the presentation on Windows, I wasn't able to
make a movie out of it, nor was I able to put in a soundtrack.

Anyone able to offer any suggestions - either for converting the PP
Movie from Mac to Windows, or for creating a PP Presentation on
Windows, which includes a soundtrack.

Thanks

Thanks for those answers guys, but it's still not really working for
me. What I need to do is be able to put this presentation onto CD and
send it out to people to support a funding submission.

I need something generic that can be used on any PC - hopefully without
people having to download or purchase software to watch it.

Now, I can put the PowerPoint Movie created on the Mac onto disc and
watch it on any Mac I want. The problem is that most people use
Windows. So, I suppose I have the following questions:

1) does the PowerPoint 2003 for Windows have the ability to turn a
PowerPoint presentation into a movie like the Mac does?

2) if not, what's the easiest and best way to put this presentation
onto a CD, that also includes a backing soundtrack?

Thanks, I appreciate any help you can give me.
