Converting Macros

How would I be able to convert Macros that were from
Lotus 1-2-3 in an older version of Excel then
used/transfered to Excel 2002

Hi Warren,

Some macros from Lotus 2.1 will work in Excel with little or no rewrting.
However, IMHO, it is better to re-write everything.
