Converting mde to an executable file

I have Access2003 Professional and have several databases I would like to convert to exe files. Is there a way I can do this without purchasing another program? I have also have Visual Basics2003.NET but that seems to be useless in this case. Any suggestions?

No, you can't convert an access application to a .exe file.

You can however purchase the developer kit, and it will package the
ms-access.exe along with your application. This is certainly not a .exe
solution, but it does allow you to create a standard windows install
package that WILL work on a pc without ms-access having been installed. This
distribution system is royalty free.

You can read about it here:
