Converting Microsoft Works (.wps) Files To Word For Mac

I recently switched from Windows to Mac, and I have some Microsoft Works
(.wps) files still on my hard drive. Is it possible to convert those Works
files into Word for Mac documents? Thank you.

I'm sure it is. First, check your Word installation, the converters
from Works to Word are NOT installed by default, you'll have to do an
upgrade and install the converters from your Word installation media.

If that doesn't help, try asking in a Works newsgroup, that might get
you more/different/better answers than you'll get here.
