Converting Number to text

Dear reader

How we can convert a number to text in excel ? 1 change to one

Indeed there is one facility in excel to change numbers to text as
"BAHTTEXT" but not in english .

Of course by concatinate formula we may produce such function although I
beleive there should be much more simple formula for .
