Converting Numbers into Text (words)

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Hi,
I have been looking everywhere for a solution for this, but can't seem to find it for the Mac.

Say I have in one column with numerical values (anything from a 300 to 20,000). Is there an easy way to convert these into english text in the next column?

Like say 350 into three hundred and fifty, etc.

I am using Excel 2008, but I have another Mac with Excel 2004, so any solution for these version would be hugely appreciated.

Safari has never been able to handle whatever Javascript he's using, for
some reason. I've told the author - he didn't feel it worthwhile to
change.
