Converting PPT 97 to PPT 2002 - Org Charts

I am attempting to convert PPT Org charts from 97 to 2002.
When I click to edit, everything resizes to ultra small
and essentially trashes the formatting. I have tried the
fix MS posted but it still happens.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
