Converting Project 2003 to Project 98

I have a plan (2003) that has calendars associated with
tasks so that I can have a task start at a particular
time of day. When I convert this to P98 (to share with
someone), it strips the calendars out. Can you tell me
how to avoid this, or remind me how to achieve the same
effect in P98?

It can not be done.
Task calendars were implemented after project 98.
Closest you can get is to have a resource calendar which has those times
assigned to them and assign that resource to a task which is a predecessor
to the task that you need to schedule at a certain time.
