converting project schedulesto pdf

We have one user that is unable to convert Project shcedules to PDF. We have
tested the file on other machines and it works. Do we have to change some
sort of setting within Project or acrobat. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Also, the files are .mpp, we have tried printing to pdf, and converting from
within acrobat.

Do you have both Project and Acrobat installed on the machine you're using
in your attempt to convert the file? You need to open the file in Project
and print it to PDF.

All is installed. The error we are getting in acrobat seems to be a font error.

My hunch is this has nothing to do with Project.

Try:

: reinstall Adobe Acrobat
: if wanting to discuss further, better help might be on the Adobe
support site www.adobe.com/support. on this page, type in the error
message you are seeing to search for advice. also try google for
searching for advice on the error message.

I'm pretty sure the problem does lie in Acrobat. I need to know if there's an
easy way to change the font across a whole .mpp document. I figured out how
to change it in the ghannt chart but not the calendar. I believe it's arial
MT that is causing the issue.

Depends on what you are printing as to how to do it. If printing the
Gantt Chart, select all the rows (easily done by clicking the them empty
box above theline numbers), the Menu: Format/Font, and pick another
font. I use Arial Narrow all the time with Adobe. Being narrow it's
economical with space to pack the page with a lot of info.
