Converting PST to OST

i want to convert my existing outlook PST files to OST,that is, to upload ms
outlook data to MS Exchange server of all current users..
is there any easier method to do
Second, what is the maximum large size of PST file in MS outlook 2003 SP2
and MS outlook 2007 , after which it become vulnerable to data corruption,
damage, loss etc...

Default Max size for a unicode pst is 20gb.

You don't convert it to an ost-file. An ost-file is meaningless in terms of
storing data as it is only a cache. The actual data is kept on the Exchange
server. You can simply drag and drop your items from a pst-file to an
Exchange mailbox or, depending on your Exchange version, automate it via
Exmerge or Exchange Management Shell.

all the orphaned emails from the OST.

Pleas eadvise any FREE solution for this ?

I have seen the tools available for money but is there anything which doesnt
involve any cost ?

The only free solution that exists is for you to use a system restore point
to roll back your PC to before you deleted the account and then create a PST
and copy the folders to it. As far as I can tell, there are no free tools
that will do the conversion for you.
