Converting .pub files to .jpeg, .tif,.gif, etc

I have produced a business card in Publisher. However, Staples Business
depot (Canada) accepts only PJPEG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF and BMP files NOT
..pub files. how do I convert the business card to one of these formats so
that I can upload it for printing?

Group all, right-click, save as picture, there are various choices both in
format and resolution.

If you have an early version of Publisher, paste in a Paint type program.
