Converting Publisher to PDF

I'm converting an 8 up postcard to pdf. It worked for me already but I needed
to change something in the publisher file so when I did and converted again,
for whatever reason publisher switched over to 1 up output and converted a 1
up pdf. I went back and changed to 8 up but when I went to convert to a pdf
it keeps outputting to 1 up. I've went back a made sure I saved as 8 up and
saved as a different file but it won't convert to 8 up. I've had similar
problems recently with a pdf that wouldn't change from a letter size page
size to an envelope. Same thing happened that I saved and converted the wrong
page size at first then changed page size but the pdf would not allow me to
convert to the envelope size.

What version Publisher? Are you specifying "postcard" in the layout? Generally
Postcards are either 2 or 4 up. If you go to the Advanced page layout, layout
type "Multiple pages per sheet", type the size of your card, does that work? It
sounds as though Publisher is treating your page setup as labels.

You will have to set the margins on this screen.

I have 2007. I'm doing a 4 x 6 card on a 12 x 18 sheet. I've done this before
so I know it works but converting to pdf is a problem sometimes. Like I said,
it converted ok before I changed something in the publisher file. When I
tried to convert again, it was wrong.

My writer is the one that I downloader through Publisher. Probably the same
one as your link. Like I said, mine worked fine until I changed to 1 up and
converted to pdf then changed back to 8 up but it wouldn't convert to 8 up.
Try that with the file that you set up.

When you changed to one up did you use the the 12 x 18 stock size or did you
setup a 6 x 4 page?
Can you send me the file?
