Converting SQL Timestamp (Milliseconds) into usable Calendar date

Howdy!


I've got a timestamp in my database (oracle) that I'm trying to convert
into a usable time format in my Access reports.

This is an example of the time that I have:
1132628639296



And I have NO IDEA how to put it into a day/date/time sort of thing.


Can someone point me in the right direction?
