Converting Text To Speech

I've seen this done before in a VB program. Can this be
done in Access? If so how? Please give me detailed
instructions on how to convert text to voice. I have an
XP if that helps. Thanks any and all support.

I haven't had really good luck with the Microsoft Text to Speech add-ins.
They work, but are frustrating to set up. I have just started using Dragon
Naturally Speaking and I'm quite impressed. I've seen demonstrations of up
to 160 WPM. I have been able to get up to 50 WPM with very little work, and
a family memember with arthritis is up to 80 WPM after about 2 weeks of
practice. It does work just fine in Access, Excel, and Word. I got mine

Go to control panel and click on "speech". From there it's easy. My question is, how do I change to a different default voice? I only have Microsoft Sam. Well, hope this helps. Thanks, and good luck! -Me
