Converting to Access 2002 from Access 2000

I am interested in upgrading to Office 2002 from 2000.
I have several Access apps that I have written. Thus,
what are the pros and cons to upgrading?

You should have little difficulty converting (using the wizard) your A2K
databases to A2K2 format.

A2K2 has some additiona features that A2K doesn't. And A2K cannot read an
A2K2 database. Other than that, no real cons to my knowledge. In fact, many
posters report that A2K2 is more stable than A2K.
