converting to pdf - pictures don't convert

When I convert my visio project to a pdf file the 2 transparent pictures (the
back layer) don't convert with the rest of the project. I lose them
completely. The other picture I have on the page is there. What should I do
to correct this problem?

Check the page layer properties, it sounds like the pictures are on a
non-printing layer.
