Converting upper case to proper case in Excel

I am trying to convert text in Excel from UPPER case to
Proper case. I know how to convert this in Word, but
cannot seem to work out how to do this in Excel.

Thanks, any one who can help!

Just use =PROPER(cell), sams syntax as UPPER.

Be aware though that this changes *every* word to first
letter uppercase, no matter what they start with. That
is "hello OUT tHere" becomes "Hello Out There".
