Converting Visio 2003 documents to Visio 2002

Hello All,
Is there any way to convert a 2003 visio document that needs to be in visio
2002 format using visio itself and if not are there any Freeware or
Shareware converters?

In Visio 2003 choose File > SaveAs. In the file type dropdown, pick Visio
2000/2002 drawing.
