Converting Visio 2003 Stencils for Visio 2000 users

I am a newbie tech writer just beginning to use Visio 2003. I created some
stencil groups for use by our marketing and engineering staff. Unfortunately,
our IT staff has upgraded their Visio licenses piecemeal and as a result
there a still a large number of Visio 2000 users on staff who are unable to
use this stencil.

Is there an easy way to convert the Visio 2003 *.vss files for use in Visio
2000 format?

Is there an easy way to convert the Visio 2003 *.vss files for use in Visio
2000 format?

Create a blank document, then open the stencil, right click on the
stencil and select Edit Stencil then saveAs in Visio 2002 format (same
as 2000).
