Converting visio documents to word document

I am using visio 2003 and would like to convert my flowcharts to word
documents so that they are available over our intranet where all of the
computers do not have a access to visio. In my flow charts I have inserted
additional information required by users of the flowcharts in a comment in
the corner of one of my flowchart boxes and when that is clicked on the
additional information is revealed. What I want to know. Is it possible for
those comments to be copied or converted so that they can be seen in my word
documents for display on the Intranet.
