converting wk4 & wks spreadsheets to office 2000 excel spreadsheets

I have several large db on Works for Windows and would
like to convert them easily to Excel(Office 2000) Can
this happen?

You amy open Works 2.0 files with XL; simply select it in the dropdown in
File>Open File Types.

If the version of Works is early enough, Excel can open them. If not, then in Works save the
files in XLS format.
