Converting Word Document to HTML

hi there,


I m using foloiwng code to covert document to HTMl file,
it works fine with Office XP, Office 2000 Premium but in Office 97
it generates HTML file with no data. can any one help me in this issue.

Develpment Envionemnt is :
Word 97
VB 6
Windows 2000 Professional with Service pack 3
