Converting Word Document to PDF

I am trying to convert a word document to pdf documnet but i get the
following message:

"The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your macro
security settings"

Does anyone know what this means and how i can correct it please?

Is it my computer that is creating this problem or just the word document i
am using.
