There are many third party tools available on the internet which converts word forms to InfoPath.
Search on the internet for such tools.

We have several HR forms that we made in Word, and Excel- With new Info Path
we want to be able to convert directly to info Path.
Only way so far I have found is to COPy the entire form into balnk Info Path
Workspace and add Fields( Text Box, Date Pciker, List Box, radio Button,
check box, etc....)
Any "elegantly simple" solutions or should I kepp neandering it?
