Converting WORD to ACCESS with field titles in first column?

J

Jeri

How do I convert a WORD document that has the field names in the first
column? That is, the information is read the opposite of a table: 1st row
lists the field name, the second row is the data and each record is separated
by a paragraph break

The body of your message doesn't jibe with the subject.

Please be more specific and accurate about how you have the data now, and
very importantly, what separates the data within each record into the
fields?

Can you give an example please?

Is your data something like this:

field1,record1field1value,record2field1value,record3field1value,record4field1value
field2,record1field2value,record2field2value,record3field2value,record4field2value
field3,record1field3value,record2field3value,record3field3value,record4field3value
field4,record1field4value,record2field4value,record3field4value,record4field4value

or like this:

record1
field1
record1field1value
field2
record1field2value
field3
record1field3value
field4
record1field4value
record2
field1
record2field1value
field2
record2field2value
field3
record2field3value
field4
record2field4value

or what?
