converting works to word

Hi, I'm trying to convert a Works 3.0 Document to Word
using Office XP version of Word. I followed the MS Office
help directions without success. If anyone can give me
some insight it would be greatly appreciated. thanx.

Hi John,

What are the instructions you are using?

In Word, go to File/Open and in "Files of Type" see if the Works 3.0
converter is available. If not then you may need to download and
install the Office Converter Pack:
