Other than importing the PPT org chart as a EMF or WMF (copy, paste as WMF
or EMF), there isn't any nice way to "convert".
importing as WMF or EMF will just get you a "dumb" drawing with none of the
org chart smarts.
Unless the PPT org charts were orginanally created from spread sheet
data?, then you could recreate them directly from data via the org chart
wizard.
