Convertion Of Access 2000

I have developed a small application in access 2000
with sql server 2000 as back end.

Now we have opened a office in china and my boss want
the application to be installed in china office.

the problem in china they donot know english, so i have
to convert my application to chinese version.

I would be thankful to all of you if you can give me
an idea how to convert my application to chinese version.
