I have been informed that Qwest-DSL-MSN Premium is not in support of
Microsoft Office, Home/Office users.
I purchased Qwest DSL with MSN Premium directly from Qwest. I purchased
Outlook Live-Outlook Connector directly from the MSN web site. Qwest Tech
Support informed me that they are not in support of Microsoft Office Outlook
users and/or Microsoft Office for a Home/Office environment.
I'm planning to upgrade my Microsoft Office to the Small Business version
but, I'm afraid that I won't be able to use it to the full potential due to
Qwest's Technical
Support's poor attitude about Microsoft products.
Apparently they don't like applications that are enhancements to the
Home/Office
user.
The information that I was given by the sales staff and Qwest Technical
Support differ tremendously.
My DSL service is reliable but, I've never received the speed I was sold.
I don't want to change Internet Service Providers until I find one that is
in support
of Microsoft Office for the Home/Office user. Any ideas to promote an
attitude adjustment with Qwest DSL Technical Support?
