Conyact Notes: Is there a way I can sync them or print them separa

I am using Outlook 2003 (11.8010.8028)SP2

With many of my contacts, for example a bank contact, I will include some
personal data such as bank account numbers, branch addresses in the "note
area" which appears to the right of the actual contact. (General tab... large
white typing area). I guess these arent actual "NOTES" because they dont
appear in the "NOTE" folders.

I have a total of 2000 contacts of which perhaps 400 have this kind of
detailed information.

Now... I am currently using an HP6965 mobile phone using MS Windows Mobile 5
using ActiveSync Version 4.2.0 which syncs all the information beautifully to
the mobile phone. Everything comes across perfectly, and I can manipulate the
"note" data on either my desktop within Outlook, or on the mobile phone
contacts application and it will sync perfectly and completely.

I have two needs. First... is there a way to either print or copy this
contact "note" detail for those 400 contacts to another file or document
simply without having to browse through each and every individual contact?
How can I distinguish which of the 2000 contacts has this personalized
information added to that typing field?

Finally, I am trying to sync Outlook 2003 on my PC to a new Nokia symbion
mobile phone. As you may guess, the individual notes on those 400 odd
contacts does NOT sync completely! Again... I can "beam" each individual
contact (400 of them) to the Nokia E90 one at a time.. but that's freekin
tedious (I know... stay with MS!!)... is there some way of creating a
separate file of those contacts (400) or the notes I've added to them, so i
can beam it in one go?

This is quite a problem! I am grateful for any assistance! Thank you! Paul
