Copied database - Can't add new records

I copied a database that will now not allow me to add
records to a particular form. All of the other forms
allow me to add records to them except for one. How can
that be since I copied the entire database in its
entirety?

No, I don't get an error. I just can't add a record.

The * at the bottom of the screen is grayed out.
