copies of old emails which have been deleted

Hello

I use outlook 2003 sp2. I really would like to see some of my old emails.
The problem is I have deleted those emails. They are also deleted from the
webmail of my ISP Wanadoo.

Is there any other way I can see them, like requesting the ISP to send them
to my Inbox. I would be grateful for the reply. Thank you.
