Coping account info between old/new system

Is there a way, even if can be done in VBA, to copy all of my setting from
my old system to my new one?

I have used the OFFICE install at one time, and that force all of my office
settings as well.It also had some major issues from what I remember...
I would like to limit this to OUTLOOK only
