coping macros to another computer

we are upgrading an older computer to a new one. there is
alot of macros we have created for business forms. is
there any way to transfer those to the new computer? they
have been stored in normal.dot

Just copy the whole normal.dot file to the new computer. All the
macros and other customizations it stores will come along with it.
