Copy a Presentation to play elsewhere

R

Ron

I wrote last week and received some valuable information...thanks. Now, I
have created a presentation with MP3 music added to it and timed (even though
I know it might not time correctly on another computer...worth the try,
though).
I copied the final product onto a CD and put it in another computer. The
presentation is playable with timing correct the way I programmed it, but NO
MUSIC.

What's up with this? Did I copy it incorrectly because I need to do
something more? Do I have to do something on the "other" computer to make it
work wih music. Thanks for your help in advance.

Still learning....

Did you first place the MP3 and presentation into the same folder (check
links) then burn the folder onto the CD? That makes the difference...

I do think Sandy is right on the problem. You have to put the MP3 and
the preesentation in a same folder then reinsert the music.

However, in thses days, people have more ways to move a PowePoint.

For example, convert a PowerPoint to a DVD so that it can be palyed on
a TV with a DVD player.

Convert a PowerPoint to flash so that it can be played in web browser.
