How can I copy a shape's formatting?
In Excel 2010, suppose I choose Insert | Shapes, and insert a right-arrow.
Then I right-click the shape and choose Format Shape, and change all those settings.
Then I type some text into the shape, and select the text and right-click and choose Format Text Effects, and change all those settings. Then I right-click again and choose Font, and change all those settings.
That's a lot of customization on that right-arrow shape. Now I want a left-arrow with the same formatting. The only difference I want is that I want it to be a left arrow, and I want to type in different text.
How do I copy all that formatting to a left-arrow shape, without repeating all the individual formatting settings on the new shape?
Thanks,
Greg
