Copy Access import spec ?

How do I copy my import specification so I can send to someone else?

I don;t want to send my entire db with all the files I have imported. i just
want to send the Spec that I set up to import a comma delimited file. Is
there a way to save the spec or export is so that it can be sent to someone
else?
