copy all the contents of a floppy disk

We want to copy the entire contents of a floppy disk onto the hard drive
without having to open each file, is this possible?

This is not an MS Office issue but an operating system basic. Open
Windows Explorer and then drag and drop the files from the floppy drive
to the location on the harddrive you want them copied to. If you have
more questions go to Start, Help and support, Copy files.

As I mentioned in my reply it't an operating system function. See
Windows Explorer Menu for options.
