With outlook closed you usually copy the entire data file.
Or in outlook, File>New>Data File, then copy whatever to this data file.
Close it, close outlook, copy this data file to cd

NB A file located on the cd will be readonly, to reconnect it to outlook,
copy to HD,any suitable location, eg Documents Folder, do not overwite any
existing data file. In explorer select file properties & turn off the read
only attribute.
Then within outlook, File>Open>Data File........browse to this data file

If you don't want to go the route DL proposes, you can create a PST and copy
just the one folder to the PST. Close Outlook. Copy the new PST to the CD.
