Copy and paste a protected form between documents

I need an easy way to enable users to copy and paste a protected form into
word docs. I know that you can unprotect to copy, instert section breaks and
protect and it will work but i am looking for a way around protecting and
unprotecting the form!

I'm not sure if I follow what you are trying to do. The intent behind
protected forms is more of a fill-in-the-blanks type of scenario along with
protecting the content that doesn't need to be filled in. Are you looking
more for a way to quickly navigate to those areas you need to fill in as
opposed to protecting content?
