In my office we type reports on plain pages and print them on our company
letterhead. We also send pdf reports to clients and to accomplish this, we
have set up a word template with our company logo, address, etc. in the
header and footer. When it is time to create the pdf, we copy the text from
the plain document into the template with the headers, and print with Adobe
printer. The problem is, when the text is copied, all of the formatting
seems to change, font type, italicized font that wasn't before, line spacing,
indents, bullets, etc. Is there anything that can be done when setting up
the template document so that the text will copy in the format it was
originally created in? All that needs to be included in the template
document are the header and footer. Thanks.
