Copy and paste in Outlook 2007-Clipboard missing

I'm not able to copy and paste in Outlook 2007 because there is no clipboard
function apparently available. How do I install/recover the Clipboard box on
the tool line?

You mean Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V doesn't work for copy/paste?

No, Brian, it does not. The only way I can copy and paste in Outlook is if
the text I want to copy is
in the heard for the message. Otherwise nothing works. The whole clipboard
box is missing from
the tool line even though it is there in the other Office applications like
Word nd Excell.

I just tried it. Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V works fine for me. Ctrl-A selected
everything, Ctrl-C copied it, Ctrl-V pasted it into another application.

Click "Edit", then "Office Clipboard". Also "CTRL-C/CTRL-V" and
"CTRL-Insert/Shift-Insert" work in Outlook 2007.
