Copy and paste includes HTML code

When we copy the body of an e-mail and paste it into a Word document the
result is primarily HTML code. We have tried "paste special" but this doesn't
fix the problem.

A work around is to save the e-mail as a .txt file, then open it and cut and
past e from that. But that seems like a lot of unnecessary steps.

Is there something we can do to simplify this?
