Copy and paste issues

On one machine, I can not copy an embedded jpg from Outlook 2007 into CS3. No
paste option appears yet I can paste this same embedded photo in Word.
The other machine also with Outlook 2007 allows me to copy from Outlook and
paste into CS3. The first machine is copying the file but pasting as a Scrap
file. Any ideas whay and how to change it?
