Copy and Paste Problems

When I'm on the internet and I want to copy and paste my
resume on an online apllication I get a Illegal operation
warning and the program shuts down. Then when I reopen my
document it says it is being viewed by another user it has
my name and ask if I want to make a copy, I click okay it
opens and I try to copy and paste again but I get the same
result. I tried to "save as" the doucment under a
different name but nothing helps. I would really
appreciate any advice you could give me.
