copy and paste wont work

Can anyone help me - I have word 2003., and every time I try to copy a small
amount of text i.e. an address into word it tells me there is 'insufficient
memory' so I tried just copying one word and it says the same - whats wrong
with it and how to I rectify the problem.

I'd really appreciate a reply as this is such a frustrating problem. Thank
you.

Check your temp folder: is it full of abandoned crap? When all applications
are closed, the temp folder should be empty. So reboot, go to the temp
folder and delete everything.

Can you copy and paste OK now?
